Do not post any content or material that promotes or endorses false or misleading information or illegal activities. Do not post any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own.Do not post any inaccurate, false, copyrighted or illegal information as part of a job description. Do not create more than one profile. Do not access data not intended for you. Do not harass or send irrelevant content or requests to any group, company, or individual whose details you find on the site. Do not use information you find on the site to breach copyright or other laws. Do not submit information to the site that is defamatory, libelous, implicitly or explicitly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful, racist, discriminatory, of a menacing character or likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience, embarrassment, anxiety or could cause harassment to any person or include any links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind, as determined by UXswitch’s discretion. Do not post material advocating any particular religion or political view points.
Do not post information that is intended to advertise or promote products or services. Violations might result in civil and/or criminal liability. Uxswitch will pursue such where appropriate. UXswitch cannot vouch for the truth or accuracy of any of the information on the site. UXswitch has no control over the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the profiles or user generated content submitted on the site or links to third party sites. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through UXswitch so please use common sense in dealing with that information or the people you contact via the site. UXswitch denies all liability for such.
Maintain the confidentiality of your own account, profile and passwords. Do not share your password or other account access information with any other party.
UXswitch is not to be considered to be an employment service provider, employer or recruiter. It is not involved in any transaction between employers and candidates. It is a network to connect candidates with recruiters or employers. UXswitch has no influence on the employment decisions of the latter. If you delete your account all information that had previously been submitted to UXswitch will be deleted from our servers. Third parties may retain saved copies of Your Information.
UXswitch claims no ownership or control over any user generated content. UXswitch does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of user generated content, or endorse any opinions expressed by users. Reliance on material posted by users will be at your own risk. By submitting content or making any suggestions about the design of the site, UXswitch is granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such user generated content via UXswitch. You are responsible for accessing content that is legal to access in your own region. If you believe that your copyright or trademark has been infringed, please contact UXswitch.
The UXswitch site is not bullet proof from a security or operational point of view nor around the legality or accuracy of information on the site. UXswitch is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred from the latter. Liability is limited to £1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the English courts.

We collect the personal information you choose to provide us. We also collect non-personal information about you, which includes demographic information. We may sell the UXswitch or related business in the future which means your account and the information provided by you therein will be transferred to the new legal owners of the business.
We store your information to make your interaction with UXswitch more efficient, practical, and relevant. You may review, update, or delete the personal information you share with us at any time by accessing your account. When you delete your personal information, we will retain logs and non-personal information about you along with an archival copy of your information, which is not accessible by you or third parties on the Internet. If your personal information was previously accessed by others using UXswitch, we are unable to delete the information from their systems. You may also turn off cookies. This will adversely affect your use of UXswitch.
