Facilitate service design workshops for multiple teams, create user journey maps and service blueprints to get a shared understanding.

Help team leads to conceptualise, organise and execute service design projects and activities with their team.

Mentor our UX designers, product managers and graphic designers on implementing service design.

5+ years of experience in service design. A Masters degree. A strong focus on user-centered design. Leading and facilitating research, ideation and prototyping.
